SMS test terms

These terms describe the Onyx Dev Labs AgencyOS SMS Test, operated by ONYX Dev Labs LLC (Onyx Dev Labs) for invited internal team members. Enrollment is not open. Your test coordinator will confirm when the program is available.

What you are joining

This limited internal program tests sending and receiving SMS, replies, delivery tracking, contact matching, and conversation assignment in AgencyOS. Messages include clearly labeled test notifications and two-way support replies. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

Your choice to opt in

After enrollment opens, read the SMS test invitation and text START from a mobile number you control to +1 877-600-5283. By texting START, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS test messages from Onyx Dev Labs at the number you text from. Your incoming START message records your consent. Visiting the page or copying the number does not enroll you.

Participation is voluntary. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with the test schedule and your replies. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Ask your carrier about your plan’s charges.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one final confirmation, then test messages will stop. For help, reply HELP or email alec@onyxdev.io. To rejoin after opting out, text START once the program is available.

Delivery and appropriate use

SMS delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not send passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, or emergency requests through this test.
