SMS privacy policy

This policy covers the Onyx Dev Labs AgencyOS SMS Test operated by ONYX Dev Labs LLC. It applies to invited internal testers and their test messages. Enrollment is not open; your coordinator will confirm when it is available.

Information used for the test

We use your mobile number, incoming and outgoing message content, message timestamps and delivery information, consent records, and opt-out records to operate and troubleshoot the SMS test, match participating testers to internal contact records, assign conversations, and honor messaging preferences.

How information is handled

Authorized Onyx team members use test information for the program’s operation and troubleshooting. Twilio supports SMS transmission and delivery processing. We do not sell mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Retention and your choices

Test information is retained only as needed to operate and troubleshoot the test and meet applicable consent and opt-out record requirements. Reply STOP to end test messages. To ask about your information or request its correction or deletion, email alec@onyxdev.io. We may need to retain consent or opt-out records to honor your preferences and applicable requirements.

Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in test messages. The opt-in page itself does not collect a phone number or enroll a visitor; consent is recorded through an incoming START message after enrollment opens.
