By texting START, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS test messages from Onyx Dev Labs at the number you text from. Messages will be limited to testing AgencyOS messaging features.

Message frequency varies during testing. Message and data rates may apply. Participation is optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

SMS test terms

  • Program: Onyx Dev Labs AgencyOS SMS Test, operated by ONYX Dev Labs LLC for invited internal testers.
  • Messages: Test notifications and two-way replies. Frequency varies with the test schedule; carrier message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-in: Send START to +1 877-600-5283 after reading this page and after the coordinator confirms activation. We use your incoming message as the record of your consent.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP. You may receive a final confirmation, then test messages will stop. Reply HELP or email alec@onyxdev.io for assistance.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. Delivery is subject to carrier availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information

SMS privacy policy

The test uses your mobile number, incoming and outgoing message content, consent and opt-out records, and delivery information to operate and troubleshoot AgencyOS messaging.

Onyx Dev Labs and service providers supporting the test, including Twilio, process this information for messaging and test operations. Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Information will be kept only as needed for the test, troubleshooting, and applicable consent and opt-out record requirements. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in test messages.
